This policy covers alchemistsvault.com, run by T. M. Hoy, doing business as The Alchemist's Vault. It says what I collect, why, and who handles it. It's short because I collect very little.
The short version
I do not sell your personal information. I never have, and I never will. I don't rent it, trade it, or give it to lenders or marketers. It's used only to give you what you asked for.
What I collect

Your email address, if you sign up for the free guide or my email list.

Your name and the details you share, if you book a call, email me, or become an advisory client.

Purchase details, if you buy a Workshop kit. Payhip, PayPal and Stripe process the payment; I never see or store your card number.

Basic site data that my website host, Wix, collects automatically, such as pages visited and general browser information, plus the cookies the site needs to run.
How I use it

To send the guide, kit or reply you asked for.

To send occasional funding guides and updates, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

To run advisory work you hired me for.

To keep the site working and see, in general terms, which articles are useful.
Who handles it
A few services store or process information so the site can work: Wix (website, forms and email list), Calendly and Zoom (booking and calls), Payhip, PayPal and Stripe (kit sales), and Google (email and files). Each has its own privacy policy.
Advisory clients and lenders
If you hire me, your financial information goes to a lender only when you approve that lender, and only to apply for financing. That promise is also in the Funding Advisory Agreement you sign.
Referral links
Some article links are referral links. Clicking one may let that company know you came from this site, as their own site tracks it. I don't pass your personal information to them. See How I Get Paid.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime. You can also ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Just email me, and I'll handle it promptly.
Children
This site is for adults running businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
