Terms of Use
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These are the terms for using alchemistsvault.com (the "site"), run by T. M. Hoy, doing business as The Alchemist's Vault. They're written in plain English on purpose. By using the site, you agree to them.
Information, not advice
The guides, articles and kits here are general information about small-business funding. They aren't legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and they aren't a recommendation for your particular situation. Lending programs, rates and rules change often; always confirm current terms with the lender or a licensed professional before you act.
We're not a lender
The Alchemist's Vault doesn't lend money, make credit decisions, or hold or handle loan funds. Lenders make their own decisions, and nothing on this site promises approval, an amount, a rate or a timeline.
Links to other websites
Articles link to lenders, platforms and public sources we don't control. Their sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Some links are referral or affiliate links; they're marked, and how that works is explained on the How I Get Paid page.
Advisory clients
If you hire me for funding advice, the signed Funding Advisory Agreement governs that work. Where it and these terms differ, the Agreement wins.
Workshop kits
Kits are digital downloads sold and delivered through Payhip. When you buy one, you get a personal license to use it for your own business. Please don't resell, share or republish the files. If a file is broken or doesn't match its description, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.
Our content
The writing, guides and designs on this site are © T. M. Hoy / The Alchemist's Vault. You're welcome to quote short passages with a link back. Please don't copy whole articles or kits.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Limits of responsibility
The site and its free content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, The Alchemist's Vault isn't liable for losses that come from relying on the site's general information or from your dealings with third-party lenders or platforms.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Arizona law governs these terms.
